NicAnne is the founder and CEO of Angel Assistance Group. She is a seasoned professional with three decades of experience in team building, leadership, professional development, mentorship, and partnering with leadership teams and CxO executives around the globe. NicAnne is passionate about helping others live a full and authentic life and was ranked #9 of the Top 20 Life Coaches of 2023 by U.S. Reporter and was one of NYC Journal's Top 50 Under 50.
NicAnne began her career as a receptionist in a small rural real estate office in New Zealand, then took her career to new heights by relocating to Sydney, Australia, in 1997 to become the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Administrative Manager overseeing a team of 10 administrative staff at just 21-years old. She became a Chief of Staff in 2014 and is a former The Chief of Staff Association member. She uses her corporate background to coach executives needing an advisor for confidential guidance, and professionals looking to level up their careers.
NicAnne also loves mentoring and developing others through life coaching. She is a cancer survivor and was raised in an abusive household, below the poverty line. She has not just overcome obstacles throughout her life but has crushed them and uses her experiences to help others overcome adversity. Additionally, she offers support to parents of LGBTQIA+ children.
NicAnne has an MBA and a BS in Business Administration. She is a Certified Executive Chief of Staff through the Said Business School, University of Oxford. She began her Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the fall of 2023.
NicAnne has two major volunteer focuses: she mentors college students who are members of Delta Mu Delta and helps incarcerated women with interview prep and resume writing through The Televerde Foundation. NicAnne was born in New Zealand and became a U.S. citizen in 2015. She has two transgender adult children and lives in Texas with her husband and three rescue pups.
